Pros

A great role for marketing professionals who thrive in fast-paced, creative environments and want to play a direct role in shaping a beauty brand’s growth. You’ll learn a lot, gain real ownership, and see your work make a visible difference.

Cons

You need to be self-driven, organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Pros

The founder and leadership are deeply involved in marketing, so you’re always working on exciting product launches and seeing ideas come to life quickly. We’re encouraged to pitch ideas, test content, and help shape the brand voice across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

Cons

The pace can be intense. Since the team is lean, you’ll often wear multiple hats — from community management to content creation to campaign coordination.

Pros

I got to coordinate with creators and manage influencer gifting, and even help brainstorm content ideas that ended up performing really well online. The team is small but super passionate, and leadership is very hands-on you’ll definitely learn a lot about how a growing indie beauty brand operates behind the scenes.

Cons

Processes are still evolving, so sometimes you need to figure things out as you go.
