No room for growth. Hard work is rewarded by giving more work, not more pay. Doctor and staff constantly talk bad about patients and their personal information when they leave the office. No clear work roles. Uneven workload distribution between employees. Unclear expectations ethics and responsibilities for staff. Unprofessional and inappropriate patient staff conversations. There were no set rules to anything, “rules” depended on what mood the doctor was in. Unstable and toxic work environment

Supervisor very verbally abusive and will make up stuff to hinder you and make her look good. Pure EVIL! Blames her mistakes on you and management will not make her accountable for her incompatence.
