Room for growth in the company is exceptional.
Very friendly and professional atmosphere.
High starting pay!
Tuition reimbursement for furthering education in Human Resources.
Cons
The on-site gym had original only been open from 9am-9pm which didn't fit into my workout regimen well. I asked management if they could have night hours for the facility and was later accommodated for though.
My training was awesome. Everyone was very knowledgeable and I received the best training and information about all products offered by Skinpro. Helping people feel great about themselves is the best perk of the job. I am also a user of the products myself so I understand how they work and can give honest feedback to customers.
Cons
Trying to convince customers that it really does work and everyone’s skin is different. So one person may see instant results while others may take a little bit more time. But usually after they try it they are hooked!
I went to work at SkinPro at their Miami laboratory in 2007 as a Pharmacy Tech. What a great team and inspired leadership. Great hands on training and a comprehensive benefit package to boot. Employees also benefit from discounts on the products we produce which is a huge bonus as they are best of the breed. I hope to retire with this company!
Cons
The only negative that I can think of is that the shift supervisors can be very tough and tend to micro manage. They demand nothing less than perfection from all roles. I guess that is good in the long run for quality control but having somebody look over your shoulder all day can be a little daunting at first. However after a year or so they give some more space.
