      It was my worst decision to work with skizzle.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Feels like a Micro management. Management does not consider employee satisfaction It will take two years for a salary hike to take effect.

      Pros

      There is only a virtual office at Kochi for the company. Therefore, only remote (WFH) options are encouraged.

      Cons

      The company does not provide any devices (laptops or desktops). Everyone must use their own devices. If our device has a complaint, they do not reimburse us.

      It is WFH, so getting to meet the coworkers only on special occasions.
