      near the subway and free coffee

      Cons

      company exaggerates product capabilities to clients very high turnover due to misrepresentation of the company in the interview process very dishonest to potential clients scattered and inexperienced management there were several negative reviews on this company and they had them removed so their rating does not go down after multiple former and current employees expressed concern on this site. rather than cover up the problem, maybe try and fix it?

      NOTHING AT ALL!!!! They only believe in firing people every 1-2 months!!!

      Cons

      Lots of!!! They have no business... the office is empty.. they will just fire people for no reason... in 5 months, I have seen at least 50 people coming and going... DO NOT APPLY OR ACCEPT THE JOB OFFER

      Good to learn, Bad to grow

      Pros

      - Super friendly coworkers! I met good friends over there :) - Bagel every monday - Place confortable to work, sometime cold - "Monthly" events were very fun! - Good area: located in Yorkville, many restaurant around, easy to transit - Excellent to learn as a first job! good moment to learn new technologies and to learn working with different team (backend, web, mobile, qa, ..)

      Cons

      - Lack of communication! I would constantly ask for update / progress. sometime I felt using Slack would solve most communication problem but still it should be part of the company culture. Also need good documentations to improve the communication between teams - Not so well organized team: Jira is not used well, feature were planned at the last moment. We would never know what's next, and sometime I would involve an entire boring month at the office. The few things that was planned was almost never release on time! - No bonus or extra hours paid: We would stay late for release or hot fix but never get paid for those hours. We don't officially have end of year bonus - Money focus rather than User focus: Skrumble is exclusively founded by investor, most decisions are driven for them. - Not so much open: I felt ignored when I suggested new tools, process, feature, ... Didn't get the credit when an idea/work was actually used!!!
