Friendly teams, diverse and inclusive, good work life balance, good culture and interesting events/talks

Convoluted creative process, sometimes multiple CDs on projects so sign off on projects can be long, as to be expected with a larger agency.

Good benefits that are totally out weighed by the cons....

Cons

The marketing team are awful. Completely inept and unimaginative. You work long hours only to find briefs haven't been signed off by senior stake holders. If you care about your creative output and your wellbeing stay well clear.
