1. Exciting industry 2. Consolidating with top American cable broadcast network. 3. Great brand.
Cons
1. Bureaucratic and siloed in past. 2. Nepotism and preference given to certain Bavarian and Italian groups and men over women in past. 3. Lower than average pay for roles. 4. No clear pay increase or promotion for performance. Hopefully this has changed with mergers and over time.
