Pros

Cons

If you are a professional adult looking for a professional level job, look elsewhere. The management team I worked with behaved like the high school aged team members, mostly because they were also just out of high school (or related to the GM). Any real decisions were made last minute, planning was a foreign concept, and much of the actual work was pushed off to literally anyone who would do it. As a result, the facility was often unsafe, dirty, and either poorly staffed, or staffed with poorly trained teenagers. Most of the "team" could be found lounging in the office planning their next under aged drinking party. If you aren't a part of their clique, expect to work all the late night shifts, run all of the poorly planned events with little to no staff, work with the legal team on numerous lawsuits, and then have all the credit taken away from you (unless it goes poorly).

Pros

The place is very fun atmosphere but that's about it. It looks pretty and perfect on the outside.

Cons

there are soo many bad things that go on at sky zone its too much to list. The managers are horrible and they degrade and gossip about their employees and fire them when they don't want them around anymore. Many people break the rules there and steal, etc. Sky zone needs help they look all pretty for corporate but behind closed doors it is bad.
