      Little support from management. Little to no feedback on performance or how to improve. Little to no expenses covered.

      Thank you for your feedback. The sales department holds weekly one-on-ones with their manager and bi-weekly group meetings. The organization has 90-day and annual performance reviews with goal setting. All expenses associated with work tasks are paid for. If this has not been the case and you still work at SkyFire, please contact your supervisor.
