Pros

- After joining this company(School). You will feel like a school baby, really i am serious. - You need to follow the dress code( Yes you here right ) Monday - cream colored trousers and plain white shirts. Tuesday – light blue shirt and navy blue trousers. Wednesday – blackk shirt and black trousers. Thursday – Grey trousers with any shirt of your choice Friday - Saturday - Sunday : Formal T-shirt. [ Monday - friday = formal shoes ] After Joining this company you no need to purchase new cloths beacause you will not get a chance to wear it. Management need to think about it seriously Important thing is you need to keep yourself with CLEAN SHAVE to feel ohh sorry to look like school baby , otherwise you will be fine.

Cons

Tip : There are just showing you will have 2 week-off but the fact is you need to come. : While salary hike - They will not count how you performd whole year they will count only those month in which you are not performed and will not give you salary hike. : same day joining - same isp - I performed well than my friend . But suprise to see his hike more than me.[Lot of politics is there - You need to keep your relation better with TL and Manager to get hike ] : No diwali vacation - : If you have your leave balance then also you need to beg for the leave - its True. : Your are not working as employees, they treet you as a slave.[ Your feel like a circus Lion - Need to follow dress code ]. : And they dont care about you, they just want reveneu. : You feel ashamed yourself after wearing those school baby uniform. : The day is not far away that they will also decide what you need to wear in inner also.[literally crazy management ]. : This is not the the my openion [ Its openion of all colleague and employees ]

Pros

Good incentive plans. Good source of income for poor background people like me.

Cons

-You need to treat your TLs and Managers as God. -You have to respect your TL more than you did for your parents. -You have to beg for leaves even if you have in balance some. -So strict climate. -They have other branches at Goa(dont know exact location), Baner(dont know exact location) and one in the same building with other names. -So much jealous between both main managers, no healthy competition. Especially the one who has less teams but more Ego. (As heard from his team members, I am not from any of their teams btw). His team members from all the teams (hardly 2-3 he has) he manages, respect him infront of him but abuses him behind his back. what's the use of such respect, Lol! -TLs here could become good politicians and contribute to the growth of country if they didn't have joined this organization, they just chosen a wrong career path. feeling sorry about them.

Pros

If you get high revenues, you get a small bit of that revenue as bonus

Cons

The management and team leads are the worst. Very very toxic environment with lots of politics. Sleep cycle gets disturbed as the timings keep on changing. Even if you get weekoffs the team leads call you even on those days or else threaten you.
