      Decent pay Get to go outside with kids-they have a playset Nice to work with kids Good structure in the schedule Organized work setting and staff has chores to clean at the end of the day, ensuring the center stays clean

      Cons

      Unsupportive staff culture Manager seemed to be stretched thin After you are set out to work with kids, there is not much supervision after that

      Pros

      Loved my coworkers, almost everyone was team played. Also loved the clients and it was rewarding to see them achieve goals everyday

      Cons

      Very easy to burn out, little help from management during challenging situations. Little benefits offered and low pay for the work load.

      Pros

      I met great people there and are still friends with them today.

      Cons

      Owner is unethical, knows nothing about leadership, ABA, ethics, or working with kids with problem behavior. It was a complete joke and the owner is doing illegal, unethical things.
