Managers who extremely micromanage and people who act as managers but are not. You have too many bosses. Extreme case of micromanagement who want your work timed up to the last minute. They set impossible goals. You have managers (expat) who are less empathetic and would require you to go to work reasoning out that you don't need to take a bath to go to work (when you asked permission to adjust your schedule for this reason).
