      Great founders, bad management

      Pros

      They don't micromanage. You set your own work hours. Unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      You only get promoted based off the click not experience. They don't payout your full bonus but will say you didn't make KPI's even if you did. No annual reviews with raises. Known for letting ASM's go randomly. Lack of communication. Never any answers.

      Good product, some people are cool

      Cons

      Leaders play favorites, are micromanagers, don’t trust that anyone is smart besides themselves. Bad pay, unorganized, a mess of a company.
