      Pros

      I've worked at 4 other companies before Sleep Reset and this is truly the best place to work. Everyone is collaborative, hard working, and humble. They filter for the right kind of people to work with. It makes going to work a joy and no Sunday scaries or other types of scaries.

      Cons

      Still growing so there are things that are evolving but everyone tries to be as transparent as possible about it.

      Really awesome team, great CEO, mission-driven! Sleep is such an underrated problem and it's rare to find a team working on this issue.

      Startup life so things aren't always predictable like if you went to Google or something.

      Fast-paced environment, which can be challenging if you prefer a more structured or slow-moving workplace. As a startup, some processes are still evolving, so you need to be adaptable and comfortable with change.
