They promise you full time hours in their job description, don't deliver for over six months and then will try to hold you hostage for 5000 after they didn't do the bare minimum. And all your PTO gets used up by patients cancelling. Which they do. A LOT. Management is very unsympathetic to your plight especially Jennifer, who is to date one of the worst supervisors I have ever had. Please go anywhere else. You are worth so much more than this company and I don't want you sharing in the mistakes I have made.

Will say it is full time and then not deliver, and only shrug when you are upset. Will try to take 5000 dollars from you even though they won't pay you enough to live. Absolute trainwreck of management, who crush any enthusiasm you had for the job or hopes of advancing in the career.
There is no reason for you to work at sleepcare regardless of what’s your job

1. Salary is way below average.
2. Constantly work after working hour or during weekends.
3. Constantly being contacted by manager after working hour or during weekend.
4. Constantly have one on one section with manager, to get you brainwashed.
5. There is no such thing as work life balance if you work there
