The biggest con of this company is the person sitting in the cabin. This company has good potential to rise but the management is its biggest enemy. Nothing benefits the employee, I feel like a majdoor working here with little to no benefits. And the worst part here is we had work here with no A/Cs and bad wifi connections. Big promises are made just like India's political parties. People are forced to work in sickness and injury. Abusive words are used against employees, like the F word and C word. Salaries are not given on time, but work needs to be done on time.
I get panic attacks just to talk to the person sitting in the cabin.
