Great working place to get experience. Will be inspired by very creative people. Fast pace will teach you how to adapt yourself and be flexible. Nice equipment and computers. Healthy and fairly priced lunch arrangements. Very well located.
Cons
They aren't leaders, but bosses, and have lost many employees because of their lack of humility and insulting behaviour. Haughty management. They never listen. Obsessed with control. Low salary, but demand 24/7 dedication. 0 chances of promotion and being valued: they’ll rather get someone new than give you a promotion. Blatant nepotism and favouritism towards family and friends. Disgraceful professional ethics: eavesdropping on others' meetings, mobbing regular employees, mocking employees openly when they’re not there. Family quarrels: The working environment is plainly poisonous. Arguments in front of the employers can get extremely heated.
