Extremely low pay for a dangerous job. Extremely low pay for the work load. Sketch maintenance. Irresponsible management. Money hungry leadership. Stressful environment. Cliques within all departments, advancement and opportunity only for those that find themselves in the inner circles. Huge expectations from management for little to no compensation. Literally told “you don’t work for the pay, it’s for the dream” to minimum wage instructors trying to support families
