Pros
Founding leadership was well-intentioned, and for a short while, they and a close-knit community of colleagues made this place stand out in the Indianapolis area. What once was a winning business model, could have seen long[er]-term success.
Cons
Teams of four agents can not possibly scale to the levels that were being required of them... especially in a push to break into the increasingly demanding enterprise market. Some contracts were obscenely written. Some decisions to let key staff go before a push for more work were questionable business decisions and ultimately... sad.

Flexible schedule, great compensation. A good learning opportunity to gain more SEO skills.
Cons
The company grew too quickly which left them treating their employees and clients poorly. This was their ultimate demise. Greed and trying to build up a company to sell quickly.
