      Great job to have in Australia with a declining industry such as the automotive industry. Great attention to detail and quality of work.

      Cons

      Extremely rude management, next to zero respect and toxic work environment with group formations within the office environment.

      Pros

      The staff doing the actual work, work together to support each other and to protect themselves from the management. Salaries are often good for office workers, because that's the only way they can keep their engineers for any amount of time.

      Cons

      There is a toxic workplace culture. The staff turnover is horrendous. The verbal abuse, yelling, screaming, arguing, belittling staff, making fun of people especially the migrant workers, gossiping and behind the back whispers about staff, it's just all too much. Management yelling and fighting with each other like children. But they think this behavior is normal, and it spills out to all of the employees. Be prepared to be yelled and screamed at you like you're an idiot.
