Pros
Small, tight-knit culture. You'll always be working on something new. You can essentially make your own position and add your own unique strengths to the company.
Cons
Projects are often abandoned shortly after launching, without being given much time to breathe and come into their own. This was very frustrating, as we'd put a lot of work into a project or idea and then quickly abandon it to try something else. No work-life balance.
