We believe this feedback is referring to the screening challenge that we use as part of our hiring process. This challenge is a standard, time-bounded exercise given to all candidates for certain roles and is designed to fairly assess skills, problem-solving ability, and role fit. It is not client work, is not used commercially, and participation is entirely optional. As with any competitive hiring process, not all candidates advance to the next stage. Decisions are made based on relative performance within the applicant pool, and we understand that this can be frustrating. We continually review our hiring practices to ensure they are respectful, transparent, and aligned with best industry standards. We appreciate the feedback and remain committed to improving how we communicate expectations throughout the recruitment process.
