      I didn't find any kind of pros

      Cons

      1. No processes and management 2. Company doesn't bother about their employees they just want the work to be done 3. Seniors just wanted to complete the target and they don't want to understand the problems 4. They will say about your salary that we are paying you much seriously, if a company hires anyone they always see whether the candidate is relevant or not 5. Founders doesn't listens to you however they will say you can talk to us anytime but they don't care
