Pros
The food is delicious and they do really make an effort to have good vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.
Cons
Long hours on your feet with little to no opportunity for breaks. No transparency on tip break down. Schedule only comes out 2 days before the work week. As I was working 50 hours a week the owners still expected me to do more. When employees told the owners their bodies hurt from the amount of hours they had to work on their feet, they were met with the response, "It is what it is". None of the FOH employees have lasted 6 months there.
