Nothing good i saw there in my tenure
Cons
- they force you to work even on weekend, friday and saturday is off in contract but they force you to work on Saturday as well without any compensation - late sittings every day in week days as well, every employee in development department works 12 hours on average daily - management does not trust employees - employees are treated like slaves by project manager - micromanagement alot as they watch you on cameras while you are working
