Horrible company culture and worse coworkers. Overall solar won't get you a future in the electrical trade outside of a solar company. You may earn an 02 license after 4000 hrs but you'll know nothing of how to wire houses or do actual electrical work. The company is plagued with people who only care about themselves and not the customers or their quality of work. Even worse is how they approach safely with workers regularly driving vehicles over their weight restriction and doing so while recklessly speeding and while high. This company and along with Capstone Solar and Solgen Power are best avoided as they are all ran by the same kind of people.

This company is a SCAM. I’d give 0 stars if it were an option. You don’t get paid for months. If you bring up that you’re not getting paid to management they will shaft you and underpay you. I was promised way more money than what I received. Management are all butt buddies and will trade handjobs with each other in order to pay their guys less than what they’re owed.
