      Lots of learnings, you get to learn whatever you want from your own work or cross functionally. People are supportive. Good culture and good work.

      Cons

      Process can be little better specially communication across hierarchy.

      Not many pros tbh They'll offer you a higher position and a higher salary

      - Bad management - No process or system in place - Lack of recognition - Toxic work culture - Not a single female leader - Experienced people come in and leave within a month - This company has the highest attrition rate I've ever seen
