- Du*B H.O.E. If you wanna work under the D**best H.O.E. ever, please join here! He has zero knowledge of coding, all he does is assign tasks, cause he does not know how to do it. And have 0 idea about leadership. He lies and tell different things to different people and second guesses every decision - CGO or CDO? Here Chief Growth Officer it practically the Chief Down Officer. Have 0 empathy towards employees and doesnt care about their health. All he cares about is deadline and also he will change stuffs on the eleventh hour and scream if you can't fulfil his demand on time. He will insult you for enjoying your own government holidays and wont even let you take proper vacation for your wedding. He has a grudge against everyone unless you are from UAE. - Detached CEO CEO is basically a puppet, whatever CGO and other UAE employees will tell he will believe and dance with it. Even if you try to clear things up, he wont listen. Has 0 knowledge about leadership, - Politics If you wanna know how to lick *** and get promoted please join here, You will find some pretty good example. Just sound heavy on meeting rather than working and they will think you are a big deal. - Tech Illiterate Project Manager Project Manager has min knowledge about how technology and coding. Make unnecessary and impossible lengthy requirements which is not necessary. Even if you explain coding, wont understand.
