Pros

Nothing good, you can only make money here if your a manager but you have to kiss up to get up there from what i know

Cons

You have to drive to all the events. Dont even get paid to travel not even gas. I personally ended up driving an hour to an event that was cancelled and the managers never told me but swear they tried to call me but i dont have any missed calls. They tell you its 400 a week min. Thats a lit its 400 only the first two weeks and you have to work 5 days to be a week. Im not sure why they call it a marketing position because its not even marketing your just standing at gas stations in the hot bothering people about their windshields.

Pros

THERE ARE NO PROS WHATSOEVER.. ALL THEY DO IS LIE TO THERE EMPLOYEES AND PROFITS OFF OF YOUR LOSS.. I promise you

Cons

LYING, DECEITFUL , UNPROFESSIONAL , FRAUDULENT PEOPLE. They screw over the one thing that’s supposed to help them. You will not be happy with the fake company. Don’t waste your time. Lied to me about my pay, no reimbursement for gas, unprofessional work environment, rude management or lack there of, and just a stupid excuse for a company. Do no work for this company! You will get screwed over.

Pros

Good people and team environment. Relaxed work environment. Positive sales learning experience where you get out what you put in.

Cons

You have to use your own car to travel to different events without any gas money, you work long hours outside for comission only. Management expects you to work six days a week from 9am to 8pm and travel to events that are up to 90 minutes away from the office. Management sends its reps on road trips but does not pay any sort of food perdium. Cut throat environment, extremely high turnover rate and management only cares about the bottom line, how much money did you earn for them that week. No benefits.
