      Pros

      There are some funny and smart people that work for the company and small pockets of success.

      Cons

      There are some poor people in senior management roles with poor manners and one in particular with an awkward style that leaves staff members uncomfortable. Most of the resignations can be linked back to one person within the organisation at C level. It won't take you long to work out who.

      Great working environment, the people really make working for SGS a real pleasure. Great social benefits. Excellent industry knowledge spread across the teams
