The people! Every employee outside of “leadership” is fantastic. So many smart and interesting people who care about the world and what they do.

I guess “leadership” went through and reported a bunch of the recent negative reviews. I was given the option to repost in original form, but I thought I’d make a new review and be more succinct. Don’t work here. If you have another option, don’t work here. They’ll lure you in with their message of wanting to save the world, but they don’t actually care about the mission or the employees and only care about selling out.

As we've grown, we've had to change the make-up of our leadership team (and other teams for that matter) to bring in diverse perspectives and expertise that can help us navigate the challenges and opportunities ahead. Our priority is to have the right talent in place to drive the company's growth and thereby the success everyone on the team.

None anymore. Used to have a great mission with talented people. Until new C Suite came in and got rid of the people who actually knew what they were doing.
Cons
Where to begin. No direction from leadership, C suite folks are clueless, not on the same page. Fired some really talented people instead of lateral moves into different roles. They fire, hire, fire some more, then hire the same role. There is no direction from management regarding targets, or new acquisitions. Be told XYZ one week, then the exact opposite the next week. Plus CEO is a puppet to the board.
