Working alone, easy, short days.
Cons
Owner is rude and very disrespectful will curse at you and call you names. Very mentally unstable. In the field managers are very helpful and cool. If they ran the show this company would be great to work for.

Pros
Easy going, you can make strong connections at the various dealerships. Also if you work fast and hard you can be out pretty quick to free up your day, I've seen in the past people complain about management, They are no different from any employer. They want you to do your job, If you do, you will barely hear from them unless you need assistance and they will do their best to assist you in any problem.
Cons
Not much opportunity for raises. Tough times can lead to need for more money. I think it would most likely be better to find a new job rather than ask for money. Maybe that is a "me" thing. Don't necessary know if its a no on income increases.
