Cons
You have to figure out a lot of things on your own, which offers new growth at every cornerstone, but it may be a steep learning curve.

- In-office three days a week. Love having a culture where people get a chance to regularly work in person together. - The entire team is filled with passionate, smart people who are really great to work with on a day-to-day basis. - Despite heavy workloads for everyone, work-life balance is always encouraged. - Management encourages ownership of work actively helps to remove barriers to get stuff done - nice to work with clients who actually like us
Cons
- None have arisen so far. Definitely see myself staying at Smartrr for as long as possible!
