Poor communication Awful management Over worked / under paid Management always 'working from home' One rule for one, another for someone else Incredibly poor culture

Pros

The clinical team are excellent and will go above and beyond for patients

Cons

No autonomy as GDP Managers are majority non-clinical Too many managers Poor communication between management/ops team and the clinical team. Telepathy essential. Continual HR blunders There are "benefits" if you can actually figure out how to access them/accept the substantial strings attached (eg relocation package) In the event of a complaint, they will not stand by you even if it is vexatious.

Pros

Good company ethos, management who will listen to any concerns you have and address them as long as you communicate with them and don’t just grumble to yourself! Lovely teams in all clinics with are great to work with and have the patients at the heart of all they do. Varied work, the days are never boring! Progression possible within the company, opportunities available if you want to work hard and engage.

Cons

Unfair concept that management don’t listen and don’t care. Like anywhere, there are great people and also those who just want to sit around and moan. Working here is what you make of it.
