      Absolutely out of depth with management principles. The owner who is the CEO is a micromanager per Excellence. Its always her opinions that matter. She lacks top level management trainings. She equates interior decoration to having a good process. The whole show to customers is a facade. The consequence of her approach is very high attrition rates ( more than 35%). Majority of her workforce have than less than two years in the place.

      You will work with people of diverse background and experience. This will help shape future interaction with other colleagues. You will work on multiple projects. This will help widen your experience.

      Cons

      You will be pulled in several direction that will make it extremely hard to focus on your primary role.. Your responsibilities will not be defined. You will not have the freedom to make decisions on work. Your work life balance will be seriously affected. If someone in your department resigns, you will inherit their job instead of getting a replacement.
