1. Started a company just for time pass. 2. The CEO is unskilled, has no knowledge of tech, and acts like he is a tech expert. 3. No management at all. Hires his friends and family and makes them managers who are unfit for those positions. They also show threatening and humiliating behavior. 4. No documents are given to employees, total waste of time to work here. 5. Lack of opportunities as an employee, no value is given. 6. Credits for the work are given to people who haven't worked and are close to the authority.
