Great and friendly people! Very rewarding work with the elderly population. Open door policy with management and ability to offer suggestions. Company arranges group outside-work/team building events ranging from dinners, fun activities, out-of-state or out-of-country travel. Company promotes education and professional affiliation, so many programs to advance your skill set with CE training and AADOM membership.
Cons
Not all employees work in the same location, so you will need to have flexibility and be comfortable with digital communication modes offered.

Pros
Great mission to help the homebound senior, mission is not achieved.
Cons
Negative environment. Questionable care of patients. Owner is like working for Dr. Jekyll and Hyde. Makes a lot of promises and then penalizes everyone for her poor decisions. Really tense and unpleasant environment. No medical benefits. No growth potential. No reason to stay, work culture is demeaning and unrealistic.
