      Smooth fosters an environment where a rising tide lifts all boats. There’s no performative productivity here. You’re part of a small but growing team where you get real agency over your work, new ideas are encouraged, and everyone pushes each other to be better while also maintaining work/life balance

      - Great working culture – everyone’s encouraged to share ideas and suggestions for improvement, and leadership genuinely takes them into consideration - We have a lot of fun doing what we do – the team is made up of smart, creative people who just get it - Every quarter looks completely different in the best way possible; the pace of growth is incredible, and through it all, the positive culture and good vibes have stayed consistent

      Good salary and benefits. Small company, great people Always something new going on, which can be exciting - never boring Very flexible work environment They have a huge focus on customer satisfaction

      Cons

      They are in an industry (media) that is changing a lot. Lots of new projects going on, but sometimes takes on more than the staff can handle Small company, so not great career training, but lots of opportunity for go-gettters
