Pros
Lovely team, good office space, good benefits and hybrid working. Staff are incredibly caring and do their best to support each other.
Cons
The senior leadership is completely unorganised and have very little consideration for staff. The little people don’t matter, as the SLT only has consideration for their own opinions. Meaning that changes are not made when needed due to being set in their ways. There is also too many levels of management for too few staff which slows down all processing and causing distress for employees.
