Unfortunately, my experience with the company has been quite disappointing. The working conditions are not great – there’s no meal compensation, and the kitchen is very limited, especially for a high-tech company. Only one day of remote work per week is allowed, and there’s very little flexibility overall.
Management is quite strict, and the salary is significantly below industry standards for the role. The workload is overwhelming, with long working hours that feel unpaid, as there’s no proper compensation for overtime.
The nature of the job isn’t pleasant either – it involves constant interaction with non-technical people and is generally stressful. Recently, additional responsibilities were added (including handling support tickets) without any pay adjustment. It also feels like we’re expected to stay late without proper recognition or extra compensation.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend working here.
