      Pros

      Work/life balance. Decent pay and benefits (but eroding over time). Good choice for “posto-fisso”-seekers.

      Cons

      Hierarchical and hyper-proceduralized organization. Limited growth opportunities for talented professionals. Self-referential and change-adverse culture.

      I agree this is one of the worst career experience in my professional life. Management is not prepared.

      Welfare, corsi di formazione, smart working e orario con flessibilità

      Cons

      Burocrazia interna e procedurre ingessate, manager che non stimolano i propri dipendenti al miglioramento, scarse prospettive di carriera. Manager che non prendono le decisioni e fanno ricadere le scelte su tecnici. I manager/dirigenti lavorano solo ad obiettivi e sempra di essere più in una società di consulenza.
