Gosh, this company has the most toxic culture I have ever worked for. Don't be fooled by long-standing and high-quality branding they are not professional at all!!!. If you can survive longer the 12 months you are one of the rare ones. Their staff turnover is second to none. Management is egocentric with absolutely no regard for mental health HR laws. It has taken me a long time to get over the trauma of working there.
