Pros

Generous benefits, decent pay, nice people

Cons

Basket case Company, no communication, crappy product. Stupid practices like council. Council is a stupid ritual where grown adult employees are expected to sit around a circle like an AA meeting and are asked to “describe a recent time where they experienced kindness or when they felt belonging in a community or some other hippy question (puke). Or getting together and doing finger painting! Yes you heard that right, finger painting. They try to be fun and hip but it is so disingenuous, degrading and embarrassing to be involved in these grade school activities.

Toxic management culture

Pros

Benefits and the underlying OKRs are positive and ambitious

Cons

Senior leadership are heavily self-interested, to the detriment of the platform. The culture is toxic and the team is a constant state of panic. Managers demonstrate a severe lack of people management experience.
