      •Good technologies and lots of learning •Helpful environment and collaboration between colleagues •Salary was good. Similar to other companies

      •Mess of management. Management requirements are one thing, your boss requires another. Clearly not aligned. •Do not set their priorities thus affecting your work if you are the one leading it. • Terrible communication
