*Poor salary * 10 hours shift and 30 minutes break * Understaffed * Staff is very young and unqualified *rooms are very busy (over 20 babies) * You would be in every room as all staff cover each other. * Rooms managers are paid less than 15 pounds an hour.
Cons
You might have some hours adapted to your circumstances depending if you got a family. Good place for a first job.
