Pros

There are no pros at all.

Cons

1. One-Man Dictatorship The entire company operates under a one-man dictatorship. Every decision—frontend, backend, DevOps, task assignment, and even code reviews—is controlled by a single individual. There is no autonomy or collaborative decision-making. A director was hired later, but in practice functions only as a yes-man with no real authority. 2. Zero Knowledge Transfer or Onboarding There is absolutely no concept of knowledge transfer. New joiners are given tasks with no documentation, no walkthroughs, and no context. You are simply expected to “figure it out,” regardless of system complexity. This creates unnecessary confusion and slows down productivity. 3. No Formal Communication Culture There is almost no written communication. Slack messages are routinely ignored, and the only way to get things done is by physically going to someone’s desk and repeatedly following up. This makes work-from-home practically impossible and reflects poor professional discipline. 4. Open Favouritism and Gossip Culture Decision-making revolves around a small inner circle that enjoys special access and trust. This group frequently engages in gossip and back-channel conversations about others, which is highly unprofessional and toxic. If you’re not part of this circle, your voice does not matter. 5. Unrealistic and Careless Sprint Planning There is no respect for realistic timelines. Tasks are dumped into sprints with the expectation that they must be completed regardless of whether they require 3, 5 or 7 days of effort. Planning feels careless and disconnected from actual engineering effort, leading to constant pressure.

Pros

No pros at all with this org.

Cons

Extremely toxic organization with poor leadership, zero employee empathy, and no professional work culture. The company operates more like a Lala company than a corporate setup, with favoritism and unrealistic expectations. 1. Toxic, Centralized Leadership Style The organization follows an extremely centralized leadership model where few persons dominate decision-making. Leaders show little emotional intelligence or respect toward employees. Aggressive behavior such as yelling or public pressure is normalized and defended as “working style,” creating a stressful environment with no sense of safety or respect. 2. Complete Absence of Onboarding and Knowledge Sharing The company has no structured onboarding or training mechanism whatsoever. New engineers are dropped directly into complex systems without documentation, architectural overviews, or any form of knowledge transfer. There is an unrealistic expectation of immediate delivery with zero guidance. Even fundamental basics such as reliable equipment, an induction plan, or initial orientation are neglected, setting employees up for failure from day one. 3. Extremely Weak HR & Employee Policies HR is highly ineffective and fails to address employee issues in a timely or meaningful manner. Policies are not employee-friendly, with multiple ways to deduct salary. There is no structured grievance handling and no support system for employees. 4. Inexperienced Managers in Positions of Power Many people with 3 years of overall experience are placed into manager roles. Despite limited exposure, they behave as if they have complete authority over everything technical decisions, timelines, and people. This results in micromanagement, poor judgment, and a lack of understanding of real engineering challenges. 5. Poor Infrastructure & Overall Employee Experience Basic facilities are lacking no proper cafeteria, poor washroom conditions, and uncomfortable work environment. Training is nonexistent, and the communication culture is weak. Overall, there is nothing positive to highlight about the employee experience.
