Pros

Great minds, intelligent and smart people to work with. Very product specific and limited learning experience but can be good depending upon your team. A bunch of nice , tech savvy people.

Cons

Employers do not care about their employees. Made existing people redundant only to rehire more somewhere else. No job security regardless how valuable, productive and hardworking you are for the company, even if you are willing to make adjustments as per what they want from the new-hire.
