Pros
It's a good entry level job, but don't expect every company to run like this one.. Most are a lot better & organized.
Cons
Staff was shoved in the basement of the new office where there was no water or AC/heat. It was also impossible to breathe as dust would settle into the basement from construction upstairs System's a mess - 8 different programs and company still doesn't function Not as environmentally friendly as they say VERY toxic lovebombing and gaslighting. Boss claims he doesn't know what either words mean. Straight up admitted they'll fire anyone who says anything negative about the company - which is illegal. Also why I was released from the job. Racist, sexist, ageist comments. I'd give examples if it didn't out people.
