      Low hour pilots were able to build hours

      Cons

      Owner directly interfered with operations compromising safety Commanding flights take place in hazardous or illegal conditions. Profits were prioritized well above quality or safety. Aircraft were not recognized by the regulator as suitable for the license being delivered to students. Staff were bullied or given forced leave without pay if flying could not occur for any reason outside of normal controll.
