      Pros

      Easy job, great co-workers. Great set schedule if you happen to be the Mon-Tues-Wed dayshift RN. Very slow due to consistent low pt census.

      Cons

      Being told how to handle medical situations/issues by a non-medical superiors - many times asking RN staff to step outside of Az Nsg Scope of Practice or "unsafe" practices. Micro management at times.

      Great at gaslighting you into giving over your life to them

      Cons

      They will dangle and carrot of going up the ladder but the reality is they will use you and spit you out unless you are a part of the inner sanctum.

      Having the privilege to work with and be there for people on their journey.

      Cons

      Business is business, money over everything- no matter what. You matter only as long as you are slaving away to everchanging emotionally driven management. Do some research on the owners and their associations before you decide to work here.
